Is it normal to notice feet before anything else?

Slightly odd question, but here goes. Whenever I meet someone new, my eyes seem to go to their feet almost before I have taken in their face. Sandals in summer are honestly a lot to process.

It is not a leering thing at all, more that feet are just the detail my brain notices and enjoys first. I have always assumed everyone clocks eyes or a smile first, so this makes me wonder if I am wired a little differently. Is anyone else like this, where feet are the first thing you register? I am just curious whether it is common or genuinely only me.
