I like this and I cannot describe it to save my life

My partner asked me what it is I actually like about it. Genuinely curious, not testing me, entirely warm about the whole thing.

I said something so vague and useless that she laughed, and then I got worse, and by the end of it I sounded like I was describing a piece of furniture.

How do people talk about this out loud? Everything I come up with is either weirdly clinical or sounds like a bad line.
