She knows, she does not mind, and she is never going to be into it

Told my girlfriend a few months ago. She took it well, asked a couple of questions, and has been completely fine about it since. No awkwardness at all.

She is also clearly never going to find it interesting. Not opposed, just neutral, the way you might be about someone else’s football team.

Is that a good outcome that I should be pleased with, or is it the beginning of something that gets harder over years? People further down this road, how did it go?
