Bit of a small question but it has been bugging me. I asked someone who does nails whether I should be cutting the cuticles on my toes and she said yes, tidy them up, and then I read three things online that all said absolutely never cut them and you will regret it.
So which is it? Because I have been half doing it, in the sense that I trim the bits that look scruffy and leave the rest, which I suspect is the worst of both worlds.
And if the answer is do not cut them, what do you actually do instead when they look overgrown and untidy? Just push them back and accept it?
